GunMister a Luxus Capital Company, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager with established dealer relationships and a proven record of growing accounts in firearms distribution.

Only candidates with recent sales experience working for a firearms distributor should apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment, onboarding, and activation.
• Build relationships with dealer owners, buyers, and senior management.
• Develop and execute a sales plan with measurable goals.
• Help dealers bring inventory onto GunMister and remain active.
• Work directly with our development team to address dealer needs and improve the platform.
• Represent GunMister at dealer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and report results to management.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of sales experience working for firearms distributors, including recent distributor employment.
• Established, current relationships with firearms dealers.
• Demonstrated success winning accounts and growing sales.
• Experience managing sales teams or leading territory growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Ability to travel and work directly with our Sarasota team.

Compensation

Excellent base pay plus performance bonuses tied to clearly defined goals. Compensation will reflect experience, established dealer relationships, and demonstrated results.
